Introducing…DIANE MINA’S BACKYARD BAR & EATS
Diane Mina makes her mark on the culinary map with the launch of Diane Mina’s Backyard Bar & Eats at the iconic Hollywood Airport in Burbank California. This homestyle menu reflects favorites from both growing up on the East Coast and a few that her and her husband, acclaimed Chef Michael Mina, have enjoyed cooking while entertaining their family and friends in their backyard.
The menu is paired with a healthy list of her signature Bloody Mary cocktails such as: Diane’s Classic made with Wheatley vodka; the Bloody Maria made with Santos tequila; the Dirty Diane made with Dos Hombres mezcal and the Burbank Bloody, made with Buffalo Trace bourbon. DMBBE also features Mama’s Michelada, a Four Citrus Margarita and a collection of beautifully wines from Sonoma to Italy.
EVERY bloody mary is topped with “Diane’s Signature Garnish” of Peppadew® piquant pepper, provolone cheese, Italian salami, Spanish queen olive, cornichon pickle, spicy chicharrón, maple-glazed peppered bacon, and celery. Vegetarian garnish available upon request. This garden goodness dining has a bit of flair with its crispy polenta eggs benedict, Wagyu beef burgers, Brooklyn style bagels, portabella bun mi sandwich and delicious east coast style pizzas. Recently added to the menu, the Italian chop salad, Ahi Poke salad and a BBQ burger with crispy shredded onion, thick cut bacon and cheddar cheese.
