Mama Mina's Michelada Recipe

 Prep The Glass

  • Start with a chilled Pilsner or Pint glass with or without ice. 
  • Place 1-2 teaspoon of Tajin® seasoning in a wide, shallow dish or plate.
  • Run your lime wedge around the rim to moisten the lip of the glass, then dip into the seasoning dish.
 

For The Michelada
=========
  • Add 2 oz. of fresh lime juice 
  • Add 4 oz. of Diane's Classic or Dirty Mix
  • A dash of Kosher Salt
  • A dash of your favorite hot sauce
  • A touch of Kosher Salt
  • Top with a very cold Mexican Lager
